How Google data is used
We request only the Gmail permissions needed for enabled functions. Content is used to carry out the user's request and return a visible result within the service.

The user connects Gmail through Google OAuth.

The assistant accesses only the messages or actions necessary for the request.

Relevant content may be sent through OpenRouter to an AI provider configured, when supported, not to train on the data and to apply zero retention.

The user receives the summary, draft, or organization proposal and retains final control.
Privacy commitments
- We do not sell Google user data or Gmail content.
- We do not use email for advertising, credit evaluation, or commercial profiling.
- We do not use Gmail data to train artificial intelligence models.
- We do not send email without affirmative user authorization.
- Access can be revoked at any time from the user's Google Account.
You remain in control
You can disconnect GSA Pro Assistant through your Google Account security settings or request deletion of associated information by emailing gsaprobooks@gmail.com.
