GSA Holding Co., LLC
Privacy Policy
This notice explains how GSA Holding Co., LLC collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains personal information through gsaproservices.com and GSA Pro Assistant.
1. Controller and contact
GSA Holding Co., LLC is responsible for processing personal information. Address: 518 W San Antonio Ave., El Paso, TX 79901, United States. Phone: 915-261-6799. Privacy and rights email: gsaprobooks@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect and sources
We receive a user's name, email, phone number, and message directly through the contact form. The site and its providers may process limited identifiers and technical activity, such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, date, and time, to operate and protect the service. If a user connects Gmail, we process content, metadata, labels, and actions authorized through Google OAuth.
3. Purposes and use
We use information to respond to inquiries, follow up, evaluate and prepare requested services, maintain business records, prevent abuse, protect the site, and comply with law. We will not use the information for incompatible secondary purposes without appropriate notice and required consent.
4. Google and Gmail data
GSA Pro Assistant may access only the Gmail data and permissions authorized to read and summarize messages, prepare drafts, organize labels or messages, and send email after an affirmative instruction or confirmation. Users may revoke access through Google Account security settings.
5. Artificial intelligence processing
Content necessary for a request may be transmitted through OpenRouter to the selected model provider. GSA configures the service to restrict training uses and require zero retention when those controls are available for the selected provider. Outputs require human oversight, and email is not sent without user authorization.
6. Service providers and transfers
ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare support hosting and security; FormSubmit transmits form submissions to gsaprobooks@gmail.com; Google provides email and OAuth; and OpenRouter and model providers may process AI requests. These providers may operate in the United States or other jurisdictions and receive only information needed for their function, subject to applicable contracts and policies.
7. Cookies and local storage
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, behavioral advertising, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security and abuse-prevention cookies. Local storage remembers the ES/EN preference. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Sale, sharing, and advertising
We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use form or Google data for credit evaluation or advertising profiles. Therefore, we do not currently provide a sale/sharing opt-out link.
9. Retention
Inquiries and communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified as appropriate. OAuth tokens remain while a connection is active. GSA Pro Assistant is designed not to create an additional permanent Gmail-content archive.
10. Security and incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls and user separation. No system is completely secure. Where required by law, we will provide timely notice of a breach that may significantly affect an individual's rights.
11. Mexico ARCO rights and consent withdrawal
Individuals may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition, limit use or disclosure, and withdraw consent by emailing gsaprobooks@gmail.com with “ARCO Request” in the subject. Include your name, response method, sufficient identification, the relevant data, and the right requested. We will communicate our determination within 20 days and, if granted, implement it within the following 15 days, subject to lawful extensions.
12. California privacy rights
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may request to know, access, delete, or correct information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and receive no discriminatory treatment for exercising rights. We do not sell or share data for advertising or use sensitive information in a manner that triggers a right to limit. Verifiable requests may be sent through the email or phone above.
13. Children
The site is intended for businesses and adults, not anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's information or knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.
14. Limited Use of Google data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide or improve visible features requested by the user.
15. Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means when required by law.
This notice covers the public website and described features. Retained services may be subject to additional agreements, authorizations, and notices.
